We are looking to source a Crewing Co-Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote working and office-based at our facility in Camborne, the Crewing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for providing travel and logistical support to our offshore personnel. Arrangement & management of all requirements to deploy competent field personnel worldwide.
Duties & Main Responsibilities

To work closely with project managers and Field Pool Management team to plan and schedule all personnel related requirements on allocated projects in time for crew mobilisation.

Attend project kick off meetings, to identify and schedule crew, travel, quarantine, and training requirements per allocated project

Provide effective tracking and reporting of allocated project requirements to Crewing coordination lead

In close contact with the clients to arrange the crew mobilisation and demobilisation

Conduct a briefing with the crew before they are mobilised to a project

Arrangement of all flights, hire cars, accommodation, and other travel for field personnel.

Arrangement of visas, PCR Tests, and project/country specific pre requisites

Send out travel instruction emails and the entry regulation to field personnel prior to any mobilisation/demobilisation.

Communicates effectively with clients to ensure all project requirements are met

Assisting, where required, with ensuring all field personnel data is up to date, including training certification, crew profiles, and location records.

Staying up to date with latest travel advice and restrictions, sharing updates with wider team

Carry out all tasks in accordance with Acteon QHSE policy. Promotes awareness of HSE on site and in the workplace

Supports emergency out of hours cover where required

Provide support to all site-based personnel by building and maintaining relationships with all colleagues.
Required

Experience using large databases, creating schedules, managing own workload.

Experience with crewing coordination and travel booking, working with 3rd party in country agents, client crewing coordinators.

Experience of working with and developing relationships with external stakeholders and clients, and communicating effectively and professionally with customers

Experience supporting and communicating with field technicians
