Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Cleaning Company Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the day-to-day running of the cleaning team.
- Carry out cleaning duties when required and provide cover for staff absences.
- Prepare, organise, and update staff rotas.
- Ensure all cleaning standards are maintained to a high level.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and support new and existing cleaning staff.
- Promote the company’s cleaning services and help grow the business by attracting new clients.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to any enquiries or concerns professionally.
- Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and team management is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Flexible and willing to provide cover when needed.
Pay:
Pay will depend on experience, responsibilities, and hours worked. This will be discussed further during the interview process.
Pay: £14.50-£20.00 per hour
