Overview
As an Account Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher, you will manage and nurture client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional insurance and risk management services. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met with tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
How you'll make an impact

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across IFP and Medicare. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service with corporate logos.

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance programs and address any concerns.

Conduct individual enrollments from referrals and assist clients as needed.

Account Management:

Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure campaign rollout and comprehensive service delivery.

Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and service delivery metrics.

Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Project Management:

Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.

Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This may include on-boarding of new prospects as well.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide clients with informed advice.

Organize and plan the enrollment process for client accounts.

Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, including presentations and business reviews.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their needs are prioritized.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

Support new business development initiatives by participating in client presentations and proposal development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
Preferred:

Must obtain Life & Health License within the first 90 days of employment, if not already licensed.

Client-focused, proactive problem solver, ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and risk management strategies.
