Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative – Pub to HMO Conversion
Due to the rapid expansion of DL Property Maintenance Ltd, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our growing team on an upcoming pub-to-HMO reconstruction and refurbishment project.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking tradesperson with excellent attention to detail and strong general building knowledge. The role will involve working as part of a team to transform an existing pub into a high-quality HMO.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of refurbishment and reconstruction works, including:
- General building and refurbishment
- Studwork and plasterboarding
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Plumbing
- Kitchen and bathroom installation
- Flooring and finishing works
- General construction and fit-out
- Repairs and remedial building works
- Working alongside other trades to ensure the project is completed to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in building, refurbishment or construction
- Strong general building knowledge and practical skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own van and tools required
- Full UK driving licence required
- CIS registered / able to work under the CIS scheme
Pay
From £160 per day, depending on experience and skill level.
