Pizza Chef
Italiana Fifty Five – Didsbury Branch is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
Pay: £13–£14 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 25–40 hours per week
Location: Italiana Fifty Five, Didsbury Village, Manchester, M20 6 QZ
Job type: Full-time or part-time
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality, traditional Italian pizzas while maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing pizza dough, sauces and fresh toppings
- Stretching, topping and cooking pizzas to order
- Maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Keeping the pizza section clean, organised and fully stocked
- Monitoring stock levels and helping to reduce food waste
- Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Pizza Chef
- Experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Good knowledge of pizza dough preparation and cooking
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
