Are you a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment? Diamond House Care Home is looking for a Domestic Assistant to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a welcoming and safe atmosphere for our residents and staff.
Your Role:
- Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding resident clothing and linens.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Support the care team by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and residents.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
✅ Previous domestic or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Good communication skills and the ability to engage with residents and staff.
