The Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our growing team of Care Assistants. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the care and support they need in the comfort of their own homes.
Important: This role requires availability throughout the week, and is not suited to applicants who desire Mon-Fri work only. While we understand this may not suit everyone, flexibility is essential to providing the consistent care our clients need. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication management and administering prescribed medications.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Prepare and plan nutritious meals.
- Offer companionship and social engagement to reduce loneliness.
About You
We value passion and commitment over experience. However, the following qualities will help you thrive in this role:
- Previous experience in elderly care (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
