Location: Portsmouth (Commutable from Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville, Hayling Island)
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic (Negotiable DOE)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY – Strictly No Weekends!

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our highly regarded independent garage in Portsmouth. - Carrying out routine servicing, general repairs, and multi-point vehicle checks across a wide variety of makes and models

Utilising modern diagnostic equipment to accurately trace and resolve electrical and mechanical faults

Performing major mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension overhauls, clutches, and timing belts

Maintaining clean, high-standard workmanship and working collaboratively with a supportive team
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Experience: 3–5 years of professional workshop experience in a fast-paced garage or dealership

Skills: Solid mechanical repair competence and logical diagnostic fault-finding ability

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
