We are seeking a confident, engaging communicator? We are looking for an enthusiastic part time (10:00 whilst 15:00) Telesales Representative to join our team!
Instead of making cold calls, you will be contacting our existing customer base to help them reorder, introduce them to new product lines, and ensure they are getting the best possible service..
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to existing clients via phone to secure repeat orders and process sales.
- Building rapport and maintaining excellent relationships with our customer base.
- Accurately updating call notes and order details on our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident and clear telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy to log orders and customer details.
Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to succeed in this position.
Pay: £13.62 per hour
