· Be part of an on-call system and help ensure support is available when needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, resilience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people. You’ll be confident leading a team, managing competing priorities and making sure the home runs safely, smoothly and in line with regulations.
· Minimum Level 3 QCF qualification in line with Social Care Wales requirements.
· Level 4 or Level 5 qualification is desirable.
· If not already achieved, you must enrol on a Level 4 or Level 5 management qualification when starting the role and complete it within three years.
