We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team at our modern BRC‑accredited manufacturing facility in Willand.
Role Purpose
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture of our products, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- Set up workstations and prepare equipment for production runs
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently in line with standard operating procedures
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately
- Work effectively as part of the production line team
- Complete production paperwork accurately where required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work
- Able to follow instructions and processes with good attention to detail
- Positive, team‑focused approach
Shift & Pay
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
- Overtime: Enhanced overtime rates available
- Holiday: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Retention Bonus: £300 payable after 3 months of successful employment (subject to terms)
Training & Development
Full training will be provided on site. Additional development opportunities include:
