Build a proper career in coffee.
We're an award-winning speciality coffee collective roasting rare shade-grown coffee from India. Six coffeehouses. Serious craft. A team that gives a damn.
The role
This isn't a fill-in role between other plans. We're looking for people who want to understand coffee properly. From the farms it grows on to the cup they serve and who'll still be here two years from now, doing something they're proud of.
You'll work in the newest of our six coffeehouses, Purley, serving high-quality espresso and filter alongside people who hold themselves to a high standard. We invest in training, and we promote from within as we grow.
What we offer:
- A chance to master your craft in coffee, from farm to cup.
- Professional training and a path to grow as we expand.
- A team that works hard, cares deeply and holds high standards.
- Competitive pay, wellness allowance and lunch on us.
What we ask:
- Curiosity, commitment and a natural way with people.
- Someone who wants to stay and grow, not just clock in.
- Reliability, resilience and pride in your work.
- Experience in coffee helps, but attitude matters most.
This is a demanding, hands-on role. If you are serious about coffee and/or hospitality and want to be part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.
To apply, send us a note on why this excites you and where you see yourself in two years.
