Responsibilities
Reporting into the duty officer and airside manager. The ramp team leaders will over see the day to day airside operations including OTP, loading/unloading of baggage and cargo. Meeting aircraft, equipment preparation and equipment safety checks, including team oversight.
Pro-activate management in shift planning allocating of resources and adapting to the needs of our customers schedules is vital in this role.
Ensure all SOP's are implemented at all times and and operating standards to help showcase red handling a Fenix Logistix company as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognised by its standard of work and delivery.
Deliver consistently high department standards through robust routines and processes, delivering operational excellence and responsible for the safety and welfare of the BOH employees.
Responsible for the performance management and development of the Ramp/baggage Agents.
Develop new process and ways of thinking to make Fenix/Red “stand out” in terms of quality delivery.
Complete delay reports and any incident accident reports.

Pay: From £18.10 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
