Overview
We are seeking a skilled Scaffolders labourer or trainee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in scaffolding.
If you are dedicated to a career in scaffolding, are hard working, get things done quickly and safely, not shy of the rain or working weekends/overtime if needed and can turn up for work every day and on time, and are looking for a company that appreciates what you have to offer and gives back to you in return, then we are the company for you. Must Haves

- Scaffold labouring experience.
- Ability to work in the rain (if safe to do so)
- Good attitude to safety
- Good attitude to work.
- Be able to get to and from our yard in Aldridge.
- Punctual / on time every day, 5 days a week.
- Hours - 7.15am - 4.30pm at the yard (anything over 15 mins outside of these hours is paid overtime)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment on-site.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in scaffold labouring.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
