Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Manage multiple orders efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy hours
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age is met and uphold responsible serving practices
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages
- hold the appropriate certifications
Experience
Out of Bar hours Be willing to multi task with what is needed within all the centre activities
Able to cook us a bonus
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proven ability to manage time & be prepared to multitask on other aspects of the business
- Experience with serving beverages
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour that fosters guest satisfaction

Pay: £12.71-£18.69 per hour
