Working Pattern
We are currently looking for someone who can work across a fixed working patern
Can be any day of the week but a A minimum commitment of three shifts per week is preferred.
Each standard shift is approximately five hours, with the option of working a full day on Saturdays depending on availability and clinic demand.

The Role
As a Massage Therapist at Zeers Therapy, you will play an important role in helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, manage stress and enhance their overall wellbeing.
You will work with a wide range of clients, from office workers and members of the general public to recreational and competitive athletes.
You will deliver high-quality, evidence-informed treatments within a professional and supportive clinic environment.
Pay and Progression
This role will initially operate on a 50/50 commission basis.
Therapists will receive 50% of the treatment revenue generated from the clients they treat, in line with the agreed commission structure.
To support new therapists as they settle into the clinic, build confidence and begin developing their client base, Zeers Therapy will provide two fully paid working days during the initial transition period.
These paid support days are designed to provide:
- Practical clinic experience
- Support with treatment delivery and clinic systems
- Guidance with client communication and rebooking
- Time to become familiar with Zeers Therapy standards
- Mentoring and feedback from the clinic team
The longer-term aim is to support successful therapists in progressing into increased hours, more regular shifts or a full-time role as their client base and clinic demand grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage and sports therapy treatments to a high clinical standard
- Complete appropriate client consultations and assessments
- Identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
- Perform a range of massage and soft-tissue techniques
- Deliver treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage
- Provide appropriate aftercare, exercises and self-management advice
- Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date client records
- Complete SOAP notes and treatment documentation
- Provide excellent client care and customer service
- Support clients with appropriate rebooking and treatment planning
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinic environment
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms and equipment
- Work collaboratively as part of a growing multidisciplinary team
- Contribute positively to clinic standards and team development
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have:
- A minimum Level 4 qualification in Massage Therapy or Sports Massage
- Sports Therapist will be registered with SST
- Physiotherapist will be registered HCPC
- Relevant certification and eligibility to practise in the UK
- Appropriate professional insurance
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Strong customer service values
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping, reliability and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress long-term
Shift Structure
We operate structured clinic shifts to support consistent client availability and professional treatment standards.
Five-Hour Shift
A standard shift is approximately five hours and includes time between appointments for:
- Completing SOAP notes
- Client documentation
- Treatment-room resets
- Cleaning and preparation
- Client follow-up
- Rebooking and treatment planning
Full-Day Saturday & Sunday Option
There may also be an opportunity to work a full-day Saturday & Sunday shift depending on therapist availability and client demand.
Appointments are structured to allow appropriate time for consultation, treatment, clinical notes and room preparation.
Commission and Bonus Opportunities
In addition to the standard 50/50 commission structure, therapists may have access to performance-based bonuses designed to reward professionalism, client care and contribution to the clinic.
