We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow
- Assist in supervising bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Help coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed rigorously across the bar and kitchen areas
- Manage inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Contribute to training staff on food production techniques, serving etiquette, and safety procedures
- Support the implementation of promotional events and special menu offerings to enhance guest experience
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Experience in hotel or large-scale hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of food production processes, serving standards, and hospitality best practices
