Pay: £12.71ph
Location: Crofton Road- in Orpington
Hours: 7.30-6.30pm (8 hour Shifts), Monday to Friday
Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (MUST HAVE)
This role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, giving you the freedom to accept shifts that work around your availability and other commitments. Hours will be offered based on the needs of the nursery, and you are free to accept or decline any shifts offered. While there are no guaranteed minimum hours, this arrangement can provide a great opportunity for flexible work within the nursery as and when cover is available.

We’re hiring a Level 2 or 3 Bank Staff Practitioner to join our nursery in the heart of Crofton close by to all transport links.

About you:
- Level 2/3 in Early Years (essential)
- Confident with children aged 0–5
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Passionate, enthusiastic and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Your role:
- Create a safe, engaging learning space
- Sound Safeguarding knowledge
- Solid EYFS knowledge
- Deliver fun, developmental activities
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Support children’s progress and well-being
- Follow health & safety standards at all times
