As a Vehicle Valeter, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle is cleaned, prepared, and presented to the highest standard before being handed over to customers or returned to our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and valet vehicles to a high standard.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors where required.
- Clean windows, wheels, tyres, and door shuts.
- Dress tyres and apply finishing touches to present vehicles professionally.
- Remove stickers, marks, and light residue from vehicles.
- Carry out basic quality inspections before vehicles leave site.
- Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues found during cleaning.
- Ensure vehicles are fuelled or charged and ready for collection.
- Keep the valeting area clean, organised, and stocked with supplies.
- Safely move vehicles around the site.
- Assist with preparing vehicles for photography and showroom display.
- Support the operations team with general fleet preparation when required.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous valeting or detailing experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using professional valeting equipment and products.
- Machine polishing experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Knowledge of paint care and vehicle detailing techniques.
- Experience working in the motor trade, dealerships, or vehicle rental industry.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
