We are currently looking for Cafe Supervisors to strengthen the team across our stores in Hastings in Bexhill. The vacancy is not in a specific store but we are keen to interview potential candidates and allocate people depending on their strengths and suitability for different styles of service.
Please note this role requires full flexibility and availability and it is a permanent position. Previous experience in some type of Management role is rquired.
As the Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe. This includes managing the team, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in the food and beverage industry, who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and great attention to detail. A friendly and outgoing personality is a must, as you'll be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe or restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
