Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending within a restaurant environment
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy shifts
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
