Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a lively setting while delivering exceptional service. You will based in our White Tower Restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- To be able to prepare a range of cocktails and mocktails in accordance with our menu.
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Monitor guest consumption levels and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.
- Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles within restaurants or bars.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers..
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- A friendly demeanour coupled with professionalism and reliability is essential for success in this role.
- Must be over 18.
You will be required to be pass a drug test in order to be considered for this role.
