We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy.

THE ROLE
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their healthcare needs.
- Selling OTC medicines and healthcare products.
- Supporting the pharmacist with Pharmacy First and other NHS services where appropriate.
- Taking in and handing out prescriptions.
- Answering telephone enquiries and directing patients appropriately.
- Stock management, replenishment and merchandising.
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly, approachable and compassionate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
- Pharmacy retail experience is desirable.

The hours required are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.45pm and Saturday 9am-12noon as per rota. The hours can be adjusted for the right candidate and job share applications are welcome.
