What experience you will have:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Retail Manager in a busy QSR hospitality environment
· Experience leading, coaching and motivating FOH teams
· Confidence managing service standards, guest feedback and daily operations
· Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
· Clear communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
· Strong attention to detail and numeracy
