Position: Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Permanent
Work hours: This is a Full-Time role, working Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - 100% office based
Salary: £27,040 per annum
NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for Customer Service Advisors to support the Head Office and Customer Service functions as the company continues to expand. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within our Customer Service Department. In this role you will be responding to customers via phone and email: you will be handling enquiries, complaints, and general customer service issues.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers via telephone, inbound and outbound
- Complaint handling, ensuring customers receive exceptional service
- Data entry, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and portals
- Maintaining deadlines and working towards SLA's
Skills:
We are looking for individuals who enjoy being part of a team, have a can do attitude with a willingness to learn. You will ideally have call handling experience and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
- Have a good telephone manner and be confident on the phone
- Be organised
- Have strong accuracy with good attention to detail
