Experienced Dog Grooming Stylist (Part-Time – 16 Hours per Week)
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Dog Grooming Stylist to join our friendly, busy salon.
This is a 16-hour per week position, with the potential for additional hours in the future for the right candidate.
About the role
You’ll be working in a busy salon with an established client base, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, efficient and able to work independently to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced dog groomer with excellent breed knowledge.
- Be confident grooming all breeds, coat types and sizes to a high standard.
- Be able to confidently complete full grooms from start to finish independently.
- Have excellent handling skills and be calm, patient and compassionate with dogs.
- Be confident managing the salon and working alone when required.
- Be organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and salon presentation.
- Have a genuine passion for dog welfare and grooming.
