If you enjoy working outdoors in the fresh air, often at beachside locations, have great communication skills, have an eye for detail, and are self-motivated then this could be the job for you.
No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Once fully trained, you will be patrolling the various parking facilities that we manage, often visiting several cars park per shift. The role involves assisting customers, looking after Payment Terminals; and recording details of vehicles that are parked in breach of any terms and conditions that apply.
Note: You will not be required to affix Parking Charges to vehicles, as any evidence that you record will be reviewed by our back office team; and Parking Charges are issued via the postal service.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- The successful candidate will be energetic, and an excellent communicator.
- Must have experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with members of the public on a face-to-face basis.
- A full driving license (with little or no Penalty Points) and own transport to and from our offices are essential, a company vehicle will be provided for patrols where required.
- You will have an eye for detail, with the ability to record data accurately.
- Have experience working with basic computerised systems, such as mobile phone apps and digital cameras.
- You must be a fast learner and be able to work on your own initiative once fully trained; as this is a lone-working position.
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Good knowledge of the local area is desirable but not essential.
- Experience handling customer complaints is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
