HALT NFR is looking for a reliable, practical and motivated individual to join our growing production team in Belfast.
This is more than simply a job on the factory floor. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, develop their skills, take on increasing responsibility and build a long-term career with HALT NFR.
HALT NFR is a specialist manufacturer of fire-retardant timber and plywood products, supplying customers throughout the UK and Ireland. Our products are manufactured to high standards and are used across the construction, fit-out and building sectors.
The successful candidate will join a small, hands-on production team and have the opportunity to learn and develop across the complete manufacturing operation, including:
- Timber and plywood preparation
- Fire-retardant treatment
- Kiln drying
- Machinery operation
- Cutting and machining
- Quality control
- Stock and material handling
- Packing and dispatch
- Production planning and process improvement
You do not need to have experience in every area. Attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and a commitment to doing a good job are more important to us than having a perfect CV.
Full training will be provided, and the right person will be supported in developing the skills and knowledge required to progress within the business.
Pay: £14.70-£16.40 per hour
