Shift: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with weekend rota

We're looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Montrose site, leading the delivery of engineering excellence and overseeing technical services across a high-profile client contract.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional engineering services across reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring excellence and compliance at all times
- Lead, manage and develop the site technical team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs
- Oversee contractor and supplier performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement, including energy-saving initiatives and operational enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a technical or engineering environment, with strong knowledge of health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable)
- Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP or similar
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery within a client-facing role
