Hachiko Japanese Fusion & Cocktails is looking for a reliable and professional Front of House team member to join our restaurant team.
This is a part-time position to start, with the potential for more hours for the right person. Friday and Saturday availability is essential, as these are our busiest service days.
We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term role, not just short-term seasonal work. The right candidate will be confident with guests, well-presented, calm under pressure, and able to help maintain the high standard of service and atmosphere we want our restaurant to be known for.
Some previous hospitality or restaurant experience is required. Full training will be given on our menu, service style, and restaurant standards, but we are looking for someone who already understands the basics of good customer service and busy restaurant service.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression
- Taking orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar
- Running food and drinks
- Supporting table service during busy periods
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and presentable
- Helping create a calm, polished, and enjoyable guest experience
The ideal candidate will be:
- Available every Friday and Saturday
