Your Responsibilities
- Lead a nursery room and support your team
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Build strong parent partnerships
- Maintain excellent safeguarding practice
- Support children's learning and development
- Help create a positive team culture
Essential
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification
- Previous nursery experience
- Good knowledge of EYFS
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team approach
