Responsibilities
- Safely operate a motorcycle to deliver packages promptly to designated destinations
- Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and delivery times
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues or delays effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure personal and public safety at all times
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Valid CBT with a clean driving record
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS devices or maps
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting packages and riding for extended periods
