Our Excellent Dental Practice is Located on 6 Springhill Road, Walsall, WS1 2LN and we are open 7 days a Week and 365 Days a Year!
We have excellent equipment like on site CBCT and Digital Xrays and lots of lovely Patients and Support Staff!

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by assisting dentists during various dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit
- Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support patients by offering clear explanations of procedures, post-treatment care, and answering any questions they may have
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and maintaining clinic supplies
- Uphold infection control protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate appointments and address patient needs efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dental nurse or in a similar healthcare support role, with a focus on patient care and nursing duties
- Strong command of the English language for clear communication with patients and team members
- Knowledge of nursing practices, infection control procedures, and dental terminology
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare settings for record keeping and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills to provide compassionate patient support and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet patient needs
