As a Business Services Assistant you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of our large and popular property; this is a busy and varied job. You’ll play an important role in your team meeting its goals, and will always be looking for ways to offer help and enhance service provision.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 780 hours per year.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Visitor Operations Manager you’ll be part of a team of three Business Services staff who provide a range of business critical services to colleagues across the property. With lots going on, you can guarantee no day will be the same.
You’ll be based at Belton Estate, a classic country estate established and developed over three centuries by the Brownlow family. Celebrated for its Carolean-style architecture, ancient deer park, expansive gardens, and family-friendly activities, Belton welcomed over 430,000 visitors in 2025.
What you'll be doing:You’ll be helping to run business services that are efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities will include managing room bookings and lost property, answering visitor enquiries, undertaking compliance tasks, and using business systems, as well as a variety of other general administrative tasks.
