- Preparation work and reworking and fitting products
- Picking and packing
- Duct and conduit preparation for installations
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Precision-focused and meticulous task management
The ideal Production Operative:
- Background in production
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
- Experience with basic quality control checks and reporting issues
- Good eye for detail
- Able to interpret technical diagrams
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Team player with good timekeeping and willingness to learn
