The Role
We are currently seeking a Counter Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a supportive and customer-focused setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and assisting customers with their purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services (full training provided)
- Assist customers with product selection
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
- Make burgers and kebabs
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn (full training provided)
