We are a family run bakery business based in Forres with our Grantown shop having a bakery and Sit in area onsite.
We aim to deliver the best to each and every customer we serve.
```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as filled cold and hot rolls, pies, and cakes.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, hot plate.
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as required
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

The job may involve early morning starts so we will be looking for someone over the age of 18.
The days are currently a Saturday 09.00 - 16.00 and Sunday 08.00 - 16.00, with extra hours available covering holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.70-£12.90 per hour
