Salary: Circa £26,500 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 18:00

We're looking for a dedicated and driven warehouse operative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about being part of a team, improving processes, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling techniques and equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, FLT if licensed)
- Unloading deliveries from suppliers or couriers (regular containers; 1-2 per week on average)
- Checking goods against delivery notes or invoices
- Properly labelling and storing stock in the correct locations
- Using stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) methods where applicable
- Accurately selecting items from storage based on order lists
- Picking and packing goods from over 6500 lines, securely and labelling them correctly for dispatch
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Updating inventory systems (manually or via software)
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Loading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, etc. (if trained/certified)
- Following health and safety guidelines during operations
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Operative role – picking heavy duty products from many lines (we have over 6500 lines to pick from).
- VNA License highkly sought after (however driving a VNA is NOT a full time requirement)
- Experience working with heavy duty products using manual handling techniques and equipment.
- Experience unloading containers on a regular basis - we have between 1-2 a week on average.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices
- Proficient in inventory management and control systems
- Valid driver’s licence and forklift operating certification is highly sought after
- Comfortable using warehouse software and general computer applications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Flexible and available to work extended hours when required
