Job Summary
Hotel Collingwood is located in Bournemouth close the BIC, the beach and the town centre. We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have good knowledge to provide consistently high quality service.
The focus of this role is to:
- As a Breakfast Assistant you are able to promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, whilst ensuring all guests and receive an exceptional first impression and efficient service at the Hotel
- Your role will support the smooth running of the Restaurant area, serving and delivering our food & beverage offer.
- The food and beverage assistant role is about working as part of the wider team to provide all guests with a high quality service.
- You will work in the restaurant and bar with particular emphasis on the restaurant, good experience in this area is an advantage.
Skills/Experience required
- You must enjoy working with customers in an F&B environment, with an ability to work on your own initiative.
- Flexibility will be key to this role as evening and weekend work (on a rota basis, including bank holidays), plus cover for annual leave and sickness will be required.
