Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic team of 2 independent Housekeepers for a beautiful holiday let in Daglingworth that has between 4-6 bookings per month throughout the year.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the holiday property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor patios/decks, front porch, and garden activity room.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, guest amenities, and cleaning products.
- Take out trash and put bins out ahead of bin collection days.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages, reporting issues promptly for swift resolution.
- Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory records of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, restocking as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Collaborate with the owner to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest check-ins and check-outs for optimal service delivery.Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Strong janitorial skills with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to uphold cleanliness standards consistently.
- Experience with laundry operations is preferred.
- The attitude to do what it takes is essential!
Pay: £25.00 per hour
