Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Job Recruiter to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various departments. This role involves leveraging multiple recruitment tools and platforms to identify suitable candidates, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a strong understanding of social media management for talent acquisition purposes. Responsibilities
- Lead generation: utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy requisition through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop compelling job advertisements and utilise social media management tools to promote vacancies effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation relevant to recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate pipelines proactively for current and future hiring needs through relationship management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably within a human resources environment.
- Current right to work in the UK - We do not have licence to issue CoS·
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
