The Role:
- Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Take ownership of complex technical work and fault finding
- Support and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
- Ensure high levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with Workshop Control and Aftersales teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Master Vehicle Technician (or working towards Master level)
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Licence preferred
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday mornings available (paid at time and a half)
