Job Objective
To inspect, assess and report on the condition and suitability of the sub floor prior to flooring being fitted to ensure it is of a high standard based on NHBC tolerances. Must efficiently and effectively liaise with site managers and the office team.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Subfloors to ensure the floor is within tolerance prior to installation

To provide reports on the subfloor

To screed and make good subfloors prior to installation with moisture reading taken

Be efficient in manual measuring for all relevant products.

Must have knowledge of floor fitting in all areas

Understanding the time requirements for all tasks carried out by your team and Sub-Contractors.

Must hold a current full UK driving licence
