Office & Operations Coordinator

SIGNET REMOVALS is looking for a reliable, organised and confident person to help manage the day-to-day office and operations of our growing removals business.
This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys speaking to customers, organising bookings and keeping things running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Manage WhatsApp, emails and messages
- Take bookings and manage the diary
- Arrange and schedule removals jobs
- Coordinate drivers and moving teams
- Communicate with customers before and during their move
- Deal with changes, delays and general customer queries
- Prepare quotations and assist with invoices
- Keep customer and job information up to date
- General office and administrative work
- Help manage the day-to-day running of the business

Previous experience in removals, logistics, transport, bookings or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
The most important thing is having the right attitude and being able to take responsibility.
Working Hours
This is a flexible hybrid role, with a combination of office-based and work-from-home working.
Some evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required due to the nature of the removals business.
