This is a retail position, working in our Brighton store.
Join our vibrant team as a Jewellery Sales Associate and become the face of luxury and elegance! In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, showcase exquisite jewelry collections, and create memorable shopping experiences.
Experience not necessary however a passion for jewellery is a must.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect jewelry pieces.
- Demonstrate product features, including craftsmanship, materials, and styling options to enhance customer understanding.
- Engage in active upselling by recommending complementary items and exclusive collections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections to attract customer attention.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Manage transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while adhering to organizational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise for optimal presentation.
Requirements
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities, highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing, and inventory counts.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective time management to ensure timely customer service and store operations.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that enhance product visibility.
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers.
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
