Your Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a polite and professional attitude.
- Keep your vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
- Assist passengers with luggage when required.
- Follow all UK traffic laws and company procedures.
- Accurately record journeys and fares.
- Represent Sarum Taxi Service Ltd with professionalism at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
- Fewer than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
- Good knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically able to assist with passenger luggage when required.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
Preferred (but not essential)
- Previous experience as a taxi, private hire, delivery, or van driver.
- No more than one at-fault accident within the last 3 years.
