Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Blind and Shutter Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of various window coverings, including blinds and shutters, ensuring they are fitted accurately and securely. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality results that meet customer expectations.
Duties
- Measure window openings precisely to determine the correct size and fit for blinds and shutters
- Install a variety of window coverings using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Adjust fittings to ensure smooth operation, proper alignment, and secure mounting
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and preferences
- Communicate effectively with the office team and customers regarding appointment times and job progress.
Requirements
Previous experience in fitting or carpentry is a bonus, but full training is given to the right candidate with the right attitude.
Comfortable using hand/power tools and accurate with measuring equipment.
Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
