Job Opportunity: Housekeeping Assistant (Luxury Holiday Lets – Inverness)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a real focus on attention to detail to join our housekeeping team.
Position Details:
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week (includes weekend working on rotatio)
- Location: Central Inverness
- Transport: Own vehicle required (occasional transport of laundry may be needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out changeovers after short stays in luxury holiday letting properties
- Ensuring each property is cleaned to a high standard and fully guest-ready
- Using your initiative to maintain the overall upkeep and presentation of each property
- Reporting stock levels when running low
- Going the extra mile to add thoughtful touches that enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Genuine enjoyment of cleaning and taking pride in your work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage tasks solo
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Experience not necessary — full training will be provided
- A commitment to creating a welcoming, high-quality environment for every guest
