About the Role:
As a Bank Cook, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals every day. You'll work alongside a friendly team, helping to prepare breakfast, lunch, and evening meals that meet varied dietary needs and preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking well-balanced meals for residents
- Following dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Working alongside care staff to ensure a positive dining experience for all residents
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a kitchen (care home or similar setting preferred)
- Can work independently and manage time effectively
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Food Hygiene Certificate
- Is flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards
