Looking for a Residential Conveyancing role where you can get on with your caseload without being micromanaged?
I’m working with a long-established, successful and growing high street law firm in Hale, with a strong reputation for residential property work. Due to continued demand and growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
- £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
-
Hybrid or fully remote working available
-
Flexible working hours — standard hours are 9am-5pm, but the firm is open to discussing alternative start and finish times
-
A manageable caseload where you will have ownership of your files
-
A well-established firm with a strong local reputation
-
Friendly and supportive working environment
-
Genuine opportunity to develop your career as the firm continues to grow
-
Modern, user-friendly case management system (Spitfire)
You’ll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a variety of matters including:
-
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
-
New build transactions
-
Flats and leasehold properties
-
Registered and unregistered titles
-
Liaising with clients, estate agents and other parties throughout the transaction
-
Managing your files efficiently and ensuring matters progress through to completion
The majority of the firm's work comes through established relationships with local estate agents, alongside private client referrals, meaning there is a strong and consistent pipeline of work.
You'll ideally have solid experience as a Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner and be comfortable managing your own caseload from start to finish.
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience across freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles, although full experience across every area isn't essential.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who knows residential conveyancing, can manage your own files and wants to join a firm that is continuing to grow.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who wants flexibility, a strong pipeline of work and the chance to join an established firm without the corporate feel.
